Trish Okenwa | Yoga Instructor

Trish trained in Jivamukti Yoga, birthlight Perinatal Yoga, baby yoga and yoga for all including chair yoga. She loves to bring her understanding of movement and flow that she also gained as a professional dancer and choreographer to flowing vinyasa classes that can be adapted to all needs.

Patricia fell in love with yoga in 2007 when recovering from a dance injury whilst at RAMBERT. She continues to develop her practice and is exploring the transformative potential of yoga practice on physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.


Rain Maher

Rain Maher | Yoga Instructor

Rain is a big-hearted, life-loving, tree-hugging, hippy enigma wrapped in a sarong. She has been guiding yoga practices of Hatha since 2002 and Vinyasa since 2008. Her main teacher is Shiva Rea. Expect breath-led slow build vinyasa flow yoga classes that leave you energised yet relaxed.
